Ordering
When you order, please be mindful of your sizing. Be sure to include your measurements to ensure a custom fit. Each item is made FOR YOU! Nothing is premade. Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Be sure to double check sizes and colors before ordering.
Shipping
Shipping
Turn around time for orders can range from 2-6 weeks. Time frame is specified on each page. Please be mindful of this when ordering. Each item is handmade and takes time to create. Shipping is included in item price. Tracking numbers will be received via email.
Sizing
Items are made based on the sizing you provide. There will be no refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. Each item requires your personal measurement to ensure a custom fit. Please click Size Guide for detailed sizing. Each measurement is described below:
- BUST MEASUREMENT: Measure around your chest, at the fullest point of your bust. DO NOT MEASURE UNDERNEATH.
- UNDERBUST MEASUREMENT: Measure underneath your bust(typically where your bra is worn).
- WAIST MEASUREMENT: Measure around your natural waist.
- HIP MEASUREMENT: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to include your exact measurements to ensure the best fit.
Custom Orders
Custom order inquiries can be sent to [email protected] to be reviewed. Not all custom items can be recreated. Please allow 4-8 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped. A 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. All custom orders will be paid via invoice. Items will not be created until invoice is paid. If you have a remaining balance, it must be paid in full before item is shipped
